What We Are Looking For:

Persado is looking for a Content Specialist to join the Content Intelligence team in Athens, with working hours 12:00 to 20:00 (to facilitate the collaboration with teammates in the United States). You will support Persado's efforts to organize, analyze, and create the language of brand communications. You will help train and improve the machine learning models at the core of Persado’s AI Language Platform. Your role will be focused on paraphrasing technology.

What We Want You to Do:

• Review and evaluate language created by machine learning models for grammatical and semantic accuracy, and language similarity
• Provide consistent, structured feedback for a wide variety of machine-generated language (covering different channels, industries, and use cases)
• Provide quantitative & qualitative assessment of how well the machine-generated language meets objectives
• Find existing brand language from different channels (web, email, social) that meets set criteria to be used to further train machine learning models
• Organize unstructured language data into structured data for machine learning and human evaluation
• Write language that communicates the same meaning in multiple different ways
• Collaborate regularly with content experts and NLP data scientists
• Categorize and annotate language for analysis, storage, and retrieval
• Ensure the accuracy of grammatical & semantic tagging

What We Want To See:

• Native or near native fluency in American English
• Expert knowledge of American English spelling and grammar
• Well-versed in American colloquialisms, expressions, and pop culture
• A skilled writer with a high aptitude for comprehending nuance in written language
• Quick learner & eager to learn about new technologies
• Efficient at doing repetitive tasks consistently, with a high degree of accuracy
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated; works independently when given set tasks and objectives
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, comfortable organizing, manipulating, and presenting data in spreadsheets
• Good at word association and pattern recognition
