About the role:

We are looking for a CRM Content Designer (full-time or on a project basis) that will be responsible for our newsletter automation flows and related customer-facing content. We create a lot of content for our customers from all over the world and we need someone to create inspirational content that also increases sales.

You are organized, have a very good eye for aesthetics, and can work efficiently and autonomously. You have the ability to combine your aesthetic thinking with a strong commercial message, always with sales figures, inventory balances, and customer behavior as top of mind. You are an effective communicator, a great team player and you enjoy getting things done.

Main work tasks/responsibilities:

• Graphic design for newsletter content for various automated newsletter content flows
• Create newsletters in Klaviyo
• Newsletter Automation
• Analysis and follow-up of customer behavior

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years experience in content design (ideally in CRM)
• 1+ years of working in e-commerce
• Experience in working with newsletter design
• Figma, Klaviyo, Photoshop
• Good understanding of customer behavior and customer journey
• Understand the need for both brand building and sales-oriented content
• Previous experience with e-commerce
• You are a clear communicator
• You can work in a structured and efficient way

A portfolio is required.
