The Role - Marketing automation and lead nurture specialist

We are looking for a specialist to take global responsibility for our marketing automation and nurturing setup during a 12-month maternity cover. In the role, you will be handling and improving our current setup, ensuring effective nurturing of our lead database and timely delivery of leads to our Inside Sales Teams. Through data analysis, you will work to continuously improve the automation programs’ efficiency and feed learnings and information back to the rest of the marketing team.



Responsibilities

  • Nurture MQLs and SQLs through timely and relevant content.
  • Organize lists and segmentation for email sends and lead nurture workflows.
  • Test and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through emails, content, and landing pages.
  • Report on email and nurture workflows using HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Maintain forms, build landing pages, and CTAs on WordPress and HubSpot.
  • Handle lead lists and notifications to Inside Sales teams.
  • Support with the maintenance of chat playbooks in Drift.
  • Work closely with the content and demand specialists in the marketing team to support the promotion of new content.
  • Support Regional Marketing Managers with driving effective email campaigns in their respective regions.



Desired Skills and Experiences

  • Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven history of driving conversion through email.
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot (or similar marketing automation system).
  • Commercial insight and experience translating this insight into compelling copy that generates
  • Understanding of how to apply data and analytics to improve lead nurturing and email
  • Full proficiency in English writing and speaking.
