Minimum Qualifications:🚶‍♀️

• 2 years experience with SEO
• Experience with SEO research, insight, and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC.
• Great experience with On-page SEO optimization
• Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Preferred Qualifications: 🏃‍♀️

• You have or are running your own websites
• Great experience with Linkbuilding and off-page strategies
• Content creation skills
• Content/Website Manager experience
• Experience from ecommerce and/or performance marketing

What: 👨‍🚀

As our SEO Specialist, you are expected to take ownership of our SEO channel. The ideal candidate is someone who has been in charge of the SEO channel for a company in the financial services/fintech domain. If you have been running your own affiliate websites that is a huge plus. You are a very analytical and data-driven person that keeps up to date with the latest SEO strategies through social media and forums.

It will be your job to do regular audits of our website to make sure that it is as good On-page optimized as it can be. Through competitor and keyword research you will develop a content strategy plan for us to capture more of the finance traffic on Google and Bing.

Along with all on-page SEO you will develop a link-building strategy that we will utilize.

Our team right now is 75+, and we're growing quickly with ambitions to become 120+ in the next few months, we're looking to hire across all departments so you'll see a lot of new crew members joining the Juniverse!

Responsibilities: 📋

In this role you’ll:

• Run regular On-page audits to find areas of improvement
• Be the Juni.co content editor
• Track SEO performance, which keywords bring the best clients and how can we get more traffic from there.
• Build and maintain a system for Competitor research
• Build and maintain a system for Keyword research
• Craft Content creation strategy
• Keep up to date with the latest SEO news and strategies
• Create an Off-page link building strategy
• Regular reports on the effects of the SEO work done

Within 1 month you'll:

• Done an audit of our current page
• Through competitor analysis and keyword research create a keyword ranking plan

Within 3 months you'll:

• Together with our copywriters create a content strategy that is already in process
• Create a clear off-page and link-building strategy

Within 6 months you'll:

• Own everything SEO at Juni
• Make sure we have a constant flow of content targeting long-tail keywords
• Make sure we have a constant flow of high-quality backlinks
