Motion and Graphic Designer (2D/3D)

Description

We are on a mission to build a sustainable user acquisition agency and platform servicing innovative mobile app clients. We partner with leading mobile apps e.g. Current (series-D from a16z), Lingoda (series-B) and Trade Republic (series-C). Next to our agency work with a customer-centric approach, we are also building a creator platform. This platform rewards creators with commissions. A creator can earn 2-3 monthly salaries, with one video! Gig work isn’t going anywhere—but Paintgun offers a new way to capitalise on creativity. Besides working with cutting-edge start-ups and providing a unique solutions-based product ourselves, we commit 7% of our annual profit to help the planet and the species that inhabit it. Tasks

  • Take an active role in the whole creative process from ideation to delivery in weekly sprints
  • Independently conceptualise, challenge, and execute on a brief
  • Design visual content (2D, 3D, static, motion, etc.) that reflects our identity & sets us apart by outshining other content and increasing conversion
  • Manage and prioritise multiple tasks within timelines
  • Collaborate with the team and the client by both giving and receiving feedback in a constructive & critical manner
  • Contribute to and advance our standing through high quality deliverables



Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience as a motion designer in an agency, a design studio, a production company or an in-house creative department
  • Highly skilled user of Adobe Suite programs (primarily: After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop & Illustrator)
  • Experience working in a 3D software such as Blender, Maya or Cinema 4D.
  • A good sense of design
  • Comfortable in a wide range of styles and techniques
  • Experience in working with paid social is a HUGE plus
