Freelance Graphic Designer - Remote (m/f/d)

Your mission

Summary:

As the primary person in the Graphic Design team you will be creating all the graphics for a global conscious hospitality group that provides carefully designed high end apartments in unique places with a strong emphasis on the holistic customer experience.

Your role:

You will work together with co-founder & Chief Creative Officer (overlooking Marketing, Interior Design and Customer Experience), to design a wide range of communication graphics through all channels. Including presentations for BTB and BTC, web and app design, digital, print and social media, marketing campaigns and other asset creation. It will require collaboration and implementation across all company divisions.

You will focus on:

Social Media: create graphics (still, animations and video) specifically tailored towards a social media marketing strategy

Website & Digital Advertising: creating digital ads, banners, and other materials for the COSI website and digital advertising.

Email marketing: design ready-to-use templates for B2B & B2C press articles, landing pages

Corporate materials: design ready-to-use templates for our business to business communication towards real estate partners and hotel operators

Guest collateral: design the layout for external / internal building signage

Brand visual standards: Take ownership of maintaining visual standards (logo, typography, color palette, photography) across various channels

Your profile

Undergraduate or graduate diploma in graphic design and/or visual communications

Work experience in graphic design in the fields of digital marketing, traditional print media, or brand and editorial.

Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and Powerpoint

Proficient in video creation and editing as well as image manipulation and layout design

Good knowledge of digital and design trends

Strong creative skills and ability to work collaboratively with others

Good communication in English (German is a plus)
