We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (working student) to join our corporate marketing team, integrated by a wide range of professionals based in different Devoteam offices. You will be based in our Luxembourg office, collaborating with our Senior Graphic and Web Designer. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of marketing and communication projects, including branding, social media, web design, publications and other marketing collateral.

Main tasks:

  • Concept research (design, illustration, storyboards…)
  • Laying out publications (reports, white papers)
  • Creating/editing motion content (videos, animations...)
  • Making sure all the produced deliverables are compliant with the Devoteam brand guidelines
  • Creation of banners and other static and animated assets for social media channels
  • Creation of logos and vector graphics
  • Developing infographics
  • Creation/formatting of Powerpoint and Google Slides presentations
  • Producing wireframes (websites, email blasts…)
  • Participate in Communication & Marketing strategies
  • Creating static and animated email signatures
  • Maintain and expand our templates and library of branded assets
  • Design of branded assets for conferences and events (rollups, posters, stands)
  • Ideally enrolled in the first or second year in of a Master’s Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline. Ideally a previous internship/entry-level experience as aGraphic Designer..

Required skills:

Technical skills

  • Mastery of the Adobe CC suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, XD)
  • Fluency in English and French (oral and written). Knowledge of other European languages would be a plus
  • Google Workspace applications (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with project management tools (, Trello) would be plus
  • Hands-on knowledge of social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Prior experience creating video animations and laying out publications/reports.

What to expect:

  • The primary location for this position would be at the Devoteam’s office in Windhof, Luxembourg
  • This position would require occasional travel, primarily to Paris.
  • We work in a hybrid working environment (in-person and remote work).
  • Regular meetings with other marketers and graphic and multimedia experts
  • Collaborating and supporting marketers from the different geographies where Devoteam is present.
