We are looking for a UX Designer to design and shape user-centric useful products to increase confidence between our clients and their customers about privacy and consent.



Tasks & Responsibilities

  • In binome with an UI designer and with the product managers work to identify problems & solution hypotheses through UX methods and workshops.
  • Find creative ways to solve UX problems & define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas.
  • Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
  • Present and defend your design decisions based on rational and demonstrable elements
  • Communicate design insights to UI designers & developers
  • Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.



Requirements

  • Be a great team player and like collective intelligence inspired methods.
  • Great empathy skill to find the real problems behind users needs
  • Three or more years of experience and proven track record.
  • Creative ideas with a problem solving mindset.
  • Strong ability to define and manage the right ux workshops depending on the problem to be solved.
  • Hands-on experience manages user research and tests, creating empathy maps, persona, user flow, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Proficient in design software (we use Adobe Xd and Figma)
  • Experience working with an agile/scrum ingeniers teams
  • Extraordinary ability to open a post-it packet and stick them with great agility on a wall.
