JOB DESCRIPTION

The Digital Producer will consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients through excellent project management. This position is an integral part of our Event Operations team and will be responsible for managing, supporting and/or executing various virtual events, from initial concept through execution and final reconciliation.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Responsible for leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of multiple virtual events globally
  • Manage events from initial planning through execution and reconciliation, including but not limited to: client management, production management, project team management, budget management
  • Oversee and provide solutions on show content (graphics, presentations, video, technical elements, etc.) 
  • Manage presenters during technical briefings, platform orientations, rehearsals, recordings and live event from remote or studio locations. 
  • Create show documents, including rehearsal schedules, show flows, etc. and ensure media assets are properly organized and distributed.
  • Collaborate with and provide guidance to cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and align with client and agency standards
  • Responsible for fiscal success of project, including budgeting, time tracking, and reconciliation 
  • Maximize and monitor opportunities for increasing value adds, savings, and cost efficiencies
  • Maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Negotiate and review supplier contracts and addendums for accuracy 
  • Manage and ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are monitored and achieved throughout the event planning process when needed.
  • Actively participate in creative problem solving 
  • Provide support for other team members as required



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience working on virtual/digital event production is required
  • 5+ year’s event management experience, preferably in an agency and/or broadcast/media environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Have delivered corporate virtual events previously including business meetings, company updates, media events, and/or other attendee engagements for high-touch audiences 
  • Experience working with different virtual events platforms (such as Intrado, SpotMe, Hopin, Chime, GlobalMeet, Zoom, etc.)
  • Experience in video production and show creation; understanding of what’s needed to make content come to life in a virtual format
  • Experience managing show crew and calling a show
  • Advanced project management skills including budget creation, management and reconciliation 
  • Advanced knowledge of technical aspects of virtual event production 
  • Exceptional ability to establish relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients, vendors and suppliers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced negotiating, risk management and contracting skills
  • Good/advanced working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, Dropbox, Slack, Google Suite 
  • Creative problem solver, resourceful, team player
  • Calm and flexible approach to handling the pressure and stress of ever-changing demands
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work remotely to support multiple time zones
