Description

Gensler’s Munich office is seeking a multi lingual, creative, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to join our European marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. Marketing Coordinators are the key producers of materials that support Gensler’s direct business development efforts. They work closely with our business development community to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other material used to help the firm win work and support the general activities of the office/regional marketing studio such as PR, communications and knowledge management, etc.

What You Will Do

  • Working with the Germany Managing Director, Principals, senior staff, and other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals (Public, Private Tenders & OJEU’s), presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards
  • Developing new materials as needed to support business development activities
  • Has exceptional writing, editorial and communication skills, and experience in preparing text for marketing and communications materials in German, and English (C1 level)
  • Performing multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines
  • Understanding and learning Gensler’s portfolio of work, practice areas, and Firmwide capabilities
  • Writing and updating case stories and resumes
  • Maintaining resources & information systems: updating project documentation, resumes, and image libraries
  • Strong in project management and coordination skills
  • Thrives in high volume, deadline driven environment
  • Being proactive and hungry to learn and ask questions
  • Ability to manage senior members of staff on deliverable



Your Qualifications

  • A solid grounding of professional experience in a marketing position with a design, property or professional services firm
  • Degree in Journalism, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Communications or Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating effective presentations and marketing collateral
  • Competency in InDesign is essential
  • Self-motivator with inter-personal skills, and a great collaborator
  • Strong organisational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to work with diverse project teams and in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong graphic communication and design skills
  • Ability to work with diverse project teams and in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
