Wiki Writers is looking for a detail oriented and experienced Senior Wikipedia Page Editor to join our growing team of Wikipedia page creation. If you have a proven track record of researching, writing, and successfully publishing Wikipedia pages across multiple industries, this role is built for you.

What You Will Do

• Research, write, edit, and publish Wikipedia pages for businesses, public figures, authors, and organisations
• Conduct thorough notability assessments and identify credible third party sources before any writing begins
• Perform quality control checks on all drafts before submission to ensure full compliance with Wikipedia's editorial guidelines
• Coordinate with junior Wikipedia content creators for clarifications, feedback, and content improvements
• Record completed projects accurately in the workflow tracker and maintain update logs for version tracking
• Suggest and implement improvements in content coverage, clarity, and organisation across all client pages
• Handle reviewer feedback, respond to editorial queries, and manage revisions through to final publication
• Monitor published pages and manage ongoing content updates and protection

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience writing and publishing Wikipedia pages
• Deep knowledge of Wikipedia's notability guidelines, Articles for Creation process, neutral point of view policy, and conflict of interest disclosure rules
• Proven ability to research and verify information across credible third party sources
• Excellent command of grammar, syntax, and encyclopedic writing style
• Experience handling declined drafts and navigating Wikipedia's dispute resolution process
• Strong communication and project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Portfolio of successfully published Wikipedia pages required
