The intention of this project is to make visible - to materialize - what a light source produces: light obviously but above all its energy, heat, electromagnetic spectrum and all its symbolic value ... The challenge is to believe that the blown glass bubble is produced by the luminous foot. One of the technical challenges is to ensure the balance of the whole by making glass pieces sufficiently light to preserve this evanescent character. The gradation from opaque to transparency will also be a challenge. For its part, the light foot is also weighted, well positioned and can accommodate the technology of LED strips.
