Since the beginning of his artistic career, he has been an autodidact. He uses every kind of materials (wood, steel, iron, aluminium, nets, ropes, fabric, glass…) and different techniques, adding a new dimension and providing his work with elements like: textures, volumes, lights, shades, etc. His art work shows the spiritual side and it doesn’t try to represent a reliable image of the real world. The poetic and aesthetic meaning of his work is based on: order, colour scheme, relief and proportion. He’s been awarded for his paintings, photographs and his (graphic and industrial) design work.
