Waves of Nature

Texts & Literature Fiction Storytelling Report

WAVES OF NATURE A concept to multiply the life-spreading leaf surface of plants in natural areas. In the Waves of Nature the sunlight is evenly distributed over the sea of leaves. There are no shadow zones. Each tree is in the front row of its category. Due to the correct orientation of the waves towards the sun, each side gets the same amount of sunlight throughout the year. The wave form multiplies the surface in comparison to a flat roof of a forest and favorable glade conditions are created on both sides of the wave that allow a lush vegetation to reach the lowest floors. The light conditions are the basis of the concept. For a balanced exposure to the sun, the conditions for each zone must be determined with regard to the daily and yearly fluctuations of the sun.
