DVELAS reuses sails and transforms them into beautiful furniture using contemporary designs. Sails that travelled for years on boats all around the world are now transformed into useful objects with a maritime past.
Cheslón is the Spanish adaptation of the French term “chaise longue”. We call Cheslón the adaptation of the Génois into an easy chair by extending its lower part. Although its dimensions changes completely, the comfort is if anything even better. Its stability is extraordinary; it is particularly surprising if this is tested when the cheslón is floating on water.
