CAMPUS WÜSTENROT & WÜRTTEMBERGISCHE AG LUDWIGSBURG 2018 Seven courtyard houses are loosely grouped around a terraced campus which integrates all the community facilities. A restaurant and café, sports and leisure facilities, conference and training centres and a kindergarten are all situated just a short distance from the 4,700 employment positions that will be created here. The ensemble of the courtyard houses merges with the existing varied topography. The whole complex is surrounded and permeated by an orchard. O&O Baukunst is the general planning consultant supervising the construction of the campus, which will cover an area of 160,000 m2. The first construction phase will be completed by the end of 2017.
